The Apostolic Covenant Church was founded upon the word of God and established for the purpose of proclaiming truth into the world. Gods' people are in the world but not supposed to be of the world. The Word of God has stated that the hearts of man are continually wicked. The Apostolic Covenant provides the means to recognize and perceive the wickedness of self and become reconciled with God through Truth. God is truth. Without recognizing truth, one will never repent. Without recognizing truth, one does not recognize God. It takes the knowledge of truth to repent. One has not repented if they have not learned and perceived truth. If one has not perceived truth, they have no desire to have anything to do with God.  When one rejects God and does not look to Him as a child would to their parent, they have reached the point where they either have found the answers they need or can discover better answers for themselves than God could do for them.

The definition of Apostolic Covenant, fully describes the purpose of drawing together people of like heart and mind. It also expounds upon the reasons in developing ones faith and purpose through Christ Jesus that each will abound to the glory of God.

            The word Apostolic comes from the word Apostle, being an ambassador and commissioner of Christ. These commissioners and ambassadors were set apart and given miraculous powers. They were set at liberty to speak the true covenant of God, the true covenant of truth. The actions and results of these miraculous powers were referred to as being Apostolic.

            Covenant is the basis of the miraculous powers. Covenant is a compact relationship with God. This compact relationship is one that is clear and made in the sense of cutting the flesh away and feeding on the reality of truth. The covenant relationship through a clear understanding with God proceeds to provide meat to people of like heart and mind, thus separating chaff (worthless matter) from the grain (chief food of man).

            The chief food of man is the Truth of God, administered through His Love by the sending of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. With the true acceptance of His son, He provides to each of us, “God’s Omni-directional Anointed Love.” With the chief food of man, each of us will have a ministry that is to be administered through His love as He sent His son.

            Now thanks [be] unto God, which always causes us to triumph in Christ and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place. For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved and in them that perish; to the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things? For we are not as many which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ. 2 Corinthians 2:14-17.

            To allow each of us, here at Apostolic Covenant, to fulfill our ministry, this gathering of people of like heart and mind is for the purpose of making known the riches of the glory of this mystery among the gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. The riches are the valuable bestowment of His infilling and influence. The glory is the dignity and honor of God through Christ Jesus. We preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. Whereunto I labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily, for I am bound in Christ due to the power within me.

            As each, in our gathering of people of like heart and mind grow in His love and experience the riches of His glory and  receive of his wisdom, each will manifest the savour of his knowledge in every place. The call has gone forth and we at Apostolic Covenant strive to grow in Christ and share the riches of his glory through the shedding of blood. “Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin, for almost all things are by the law purged with blood.” Hebrews 9:22.

            The Apostolic Covenant ministry is reaching out to all people in the Easley, Powdersville, Anderson County, South Carolina area, that desire to be within a gathering of other people of like heart and mind. These folks have purged their conscience from dead works to serve a living God. Most in the gathering had either left the everyday church or had been contemplating a move. Most have made a move for reasons such that the building of faith and the traditional depth of the first church has been forgotten. Modern music has taken away true worship from the true believer who wants to honor God. Our gatherings, here at Apostolic Covenant, are as a true traditional church, as the first church, with teaching of strength and encouragement, providing hymns that are anointed, all for developing ones faith and purpose in Christ Jesus.

The final church is Christ’s bride. The final church is the first church. The first church is the only church. The only church is the last church. The last church is the final church. The final church is the bride of Christ.
